I totally neglected to post anything yesterday – so, you get two lunches for the price of one today!
kimchi’d lettuce, radish kimchi, pork, mussel soup and steamed rice.
I didn’t know how much I liked mussels! This is the second time we’ve had mussel soup – I can’t get enough! Some of the kids like it a lot too – so there is rarely much leftover!
Okay, today I took my picture before turning my plate around and I’m too lazy to fix it for the sake of continuity. I know that this will really bug some people out there reading this, but sorry. 😛
We have the tiny fungus soup, steamed rice, tofu, cabbage kimchi, and stir fried (?) spinach.
YUM! I could have eaten all of the tofu.
