This is awesome! There are 4 tsp of honey per serving, but honestly, I think you could get away with using less honey and mustard – these chicken pieces are pretty well coated. I actually cheated the last time I made this and used Honey Mustard mixed with some Dijon.
So amazing. The mustard flavor is on the strong side, so if you aren’t a huge mustard fan, I think you could easily cut back on the mustard – maybe even forgo it altogether!
The recipe calls for halibut, but I’ve used both flounder and swai (our fave!) in place of the halibut.
